How to Apply for a Rental Property

Once you’ve found the property you’d like to apply for, simply press the Apply Now button. You’ll be redirected to our secure rental application platform, where you can log in to your existing My Real Estate account or create a new one.

Can’t Apply Online?

If you’re unable to apply online, you can download and complete a paper application form below.

What You’ll Need

It is very important to provide all information requested when completing your application, including:

  • Appropriate personal identification
  • Any previous rental references
  • Employer / personal references
  • Proof of income
  • Personal Information Report (previously known as a Credit Report)
  • Any other supporting documentation required

Application Processing Time

We aim to process all completed applications within 3 business days. You’ll be notified once a decision has been made.
