Having a great property manager in Tas really is invaluable. Erin has chosen to provide me with her mobile (I did not ask for it or expect it) and rapidly responds to messages and texts. I feel that Erin is going above and beyond and far exceeds all expectations.

Another example of the level of unexpected service that I have not encountered with any other property manager/agency is that in recent times Erin volunteered to attend Bunnings and purchase on my behalf rangehood air filter for the property after the tenant reported a problem with the fan. No property manger in my 23 years of dealings with has ever offered to do something like that.
