Located right in the centre of Ulverstone’s CBD, this building is home to one of the towns most successful businesses.
Originally built as a bank, it is currently tenanted by the proprietor of Wishbone Chicken and is fitted with a commercial kitchen, front counter and dining area. Upstairs was originally set up as the bank managers residence and offers 2 bedrooms, a shower room, a laundry, a toilet and a kitchen/dining and lounge area. This upstairs space can only be accessed by the internal stairs and therefore could not be leased separately. The tenant has just signed a 5 year lease so you have peace of mind of good income over that period. What a great opportunity to earn almost 7% on your money!
