As a Sales Cadet, you’ll work closely with our Senior Sales Agent, gaining hands-on experience and learning the ropes of property sales in a fast-paced, supportive environment. What You’ll Do
- Assist with property inspections and open homes
- Prepare marketing materials and listing presentations
- Liaise with clients, buyers, and internal teams
- Manage CRM data and follow-up communications
- Support the Senior Agent with day-to-day sales activities
- Learn and apply sales techniques and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in real estate and property sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- A unique opportunity which will require a highly competitive selection process.
- Property Representative Licensing (TAS) desirable, but not essential (we will provide licensing for the selected applicant).

This role involves assisting clients and customers in buying, selling, properties, as well as conducting market research and property viewings. Successful candidates will be client-focused individuals with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Finding and engaging with potential clients through marketing, networking, and advertising.
• Property Viewings: Scheduling and conducting showings of properties to prospective buyers.
• Market Research: Analysing property values, market trends, and providing accurate pricing.
• Negotiation: Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually agreeable terms.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and customers, other real estate professionals, and legal professionals.
• Customer Service Focus: Commitment to providing excellent service and building strong client relationships.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and achieve favourable outcomes.
• Self-Motivation and Organisation: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Real Estate License: A current Tasmanian Property Representative license is required.
